When you think about AI, the people who use it, and the content you see created by it, do you react with fear, anger, and disdain, or with curiosity, surprise, and amazement?
If you're in the first group, ask yourself what's really causing your fear and contempt. What thoughts are driving these feelings? Are they based on reality, or are they largely your own imagination or related to other experiences you've had?
If you're in the second group, reflect on what makes you react so to AI. Is it the technology exceeding your expectations, unlocking new possibilities and creativity, or the idea of having a powerful, flexible professional assistant beyond traditional knowledge?
Regardless of which group you're in, AI has been born and will evolve like life itself. The key thing is to realize that AI has become a part of our lives. It can be a formidable force or a valuable assistant.
Either way, the only thing you can change is yourself, and the future is still in your hands! The key lies in how you perceive and approach AI. That's also why I've renamed my newsletter from The Approaching to The Approachist.
